Senator Rieger requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                    
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 52(RLS) Proposing                                  
amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to the          
budget reserve fund, be taken up.                                              
                                                                               
Senator Rieger moved and asked unanimous consent that the                      
reconsideration on the resolution be held to the May 8 calendar.               
Without objection, it was so ordered.
